Angry Kraken Beard Oils is a small partnership company founded in 2016. We are the co-owners, and are good friends and coworkers with full-time jobs, who were unhappy with the inferior products available online that are full of chemicals and preservatives. We decided that the best way to find the highest quality product was to make it ourselves. We use only certified organic ingredients, and make all of our products by hand start to finish to ensure that everything we make lives up to our standards.
Our beard oils contain 100% jojoba oil. No additives such as: argan oil, grapeseed oil, emu oil, vitamin E, etc. Jojoba oil is the closest thing in nature to the sebum that your follicle secretes, and contains its own vitamin E, which allows it to absorb quickly with little to no residue. In its pure state it also has an incredible shelf life. The only other ingredient is top quality, therapeutic-grade essential oils for the fragrance.
In addition to oils, we also provide a full line of all-natural organic Beard and Moustache products including: balms, butter, moustache waxes, shampoo bar soap, and pine tar soap. Again, all hand-made start to finish. These products contain a variety of top shelf ingredients like shea butter, beeswax, avocado oil, jamaican black castor oil, cocoa butter, among others. All blended and formulated for maximum care and nourishment.
We also have engraved wood combs (customization available) and t-shirts.
The only chemical you will find in any of our products is a small amount of petroleum jelly in the moustache waxes. This is necessary to provide the “sticky,” malleable consistency needed in a quality wax.
